The company my husband hired in his time of need meet with a consultant (I will call him Tom Pitts) He seemed nice, then after a discussion of finances and debt problems he promised that we would keep our home and they would do all the work and negotiate for him and then the only thing holding us back was the payment of $8800, my husband was desperate so he paid by Credit Card thinking it will be all over in a few days, in a few days he receives his Bankruptcy number to quote when he received a phone call which was a great relief as then by law they can not contact you anymore as they have to contact a  Government Appointed Administrator however it didn’t stop the Bank from harassing phone calls with the mortgages that are secured debts. When my husband called MR Tim Pitts to ask why he was on the Gold Coast having a family holiday, called the next week he was in the Blue Mountains at a family reunion so yes he was taken for $8800.
